Child right and maternal mortality
So far twenty four 24 out of thirty six 36 states of Nigeria have adopted the child right act.

What is the meaning of child right; Children rights are the human right.Chikdren must be treated with equality, respect and dignity, right to parental care, protection and maintenance not because of we are the future or the adults of tomorrow but are human beings

CHILD RIGHTS & MATERNAL MORTALITY.
This means the death of a woman from complications related to pregnancy or childbirth or within 42 days of pregnancy termination(ABORTION)

*Carelessness
*child abuse (under -age)
*Lack of family planning
We need to draw our attention to the health sector in Nigeria providing them with all of the equipment and manpower that would build a confident environment.Educating our medical practitioners with course and physical trainings week in week out, stating why they should encourage couples with starting prenatal care early,seeking health care provider throughout the pregnancy
CARELESSNESS
In the sense that will delay in reaching out for care,not only being able to manage high blood pressure in pregnancy.
Sometimes we need to know when to keep spirituality aside concerning safe and natural childbirth and do the necessary with caesarean section.
Now child abuse:An awareness needs to reach to some parts of Nigeria where culture, tradition and illetracy has put out the girl child to face either marriages putting her at the risk of maternal mortality with issues like;
*Hypertension
*Haemorrhage and fitters.
*Cardio vascular conditions,and all from the mentality of she must push the baby herself.
FAMILY PLANNING
1.What is the role of nurses in maternal mortality ?
2.What is the responsibility of the midwife ?
3.What is postpartum ?
4.what is the current rate of maternal mortality in Nigeria ?
I want to leave you all with this quetsion, meanwhile don't forget maternal mortality is unacceptably high.With a little of my research to makeup this article, about 287 thousand to 289 women died during and following pregnancy and childbirth in 2020

*High blood pressure during pregnancy

This still brings me to a conculding end that there should be awareness,sentization,seminals and outreach in both rural and urban area's,educating everyone about the need for family planning and child spacing to bring about a reduced number in maternal mortality.
