The Honourable Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Muhammad Bello Matawalle, engaged in high-level discussions with Major-General Mohammed Bin Saeed Al-Moghedi, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC). The meeting took place on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the IMCTC headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The both leaders explored avenues for enhancing collaboration in the fight against terrorism, with a focus on strengthening partnerships within the IMCTC framework. The engagement underscores Nigeria’s commitment to combating global security challenges through strategic alliances.
The discussions are expected to bolster cooperative efforts in addressing terrorism and fostering regional stability.
